Porsche Design Tower verrà ultimata a Sunny Isles Beach (Miami, Fl) nel 2016: una torre alta 198 metri, nella quale ciascun appartamento è collegato ad un posto auto per due o quattro vetture. La vettura resterà quindi sempre in bella vista. L’illustre architetto Cesar Pelli, che ha progettato l’Adrienne Arscht Center e le Petronas Towers , é incaricato del progetto, mentre lo Studio Armani/Casa Interior Design  si occuperà degli interni . Il progetto prevede 260 abitazioni con prezzi che partono da $ 1,1 milioni a $ 5,5 milioni.

Nel Porsche Design Tower, gli appartamenti saranno caratterizzati da metrature che vanno dai 150 ai 350 mq comprensivi di tutte le comodità e dei servizi che solo la qualità e lo stile italiano possono garantire.
